Welcome to AccessBSP | Provider Guide

Welcome to a clearer, easier way to implement Behaviour Support.

We are using AccessBSP to ensure your team has immediate, practical access to the strategies they need to support our clients safely and consistently.

Goodbye, bulky PDFs. Hello, practical guidance.

Large documents are hard to navigate on shift and even harder to keep updated. AccessBSP is a secure platform that breaks Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) down into plain-language sections, paired with short, optional training modules.

This means your support workers always know exactly what to do, and you have complete visibility over who has read the plan.

What happens next?

Getting started is simple. Here is what you need to do to get your team onboarded.

1

Look out for your email

You will shortly receive an automated welcome email directly from AccessBSP inviting you to the platform.

2

Set up your profile

Click the secure link in your invitation email to create your password and log into your provider dashboard.

Note: For security purposes, this invitation link will expire. If your link has expired, simply go to go.accessbsp.au and use the password reset feature to gain access.

3

Review the plan

Familiarise yourself with the active Behaviour Support Plan, presented in highly scannable, easy-to-read sections.

4

Invite your team

Add your direct support workers to the system so they can access the strategies and complete any linked training modules.

How this helps your organisation

Always up-to-date

If a strategy changes, the plan updates immediately. You never have to worry about out-of-date paperwork floating around the office or a client's home.

Track compliance easily

Your dashboard allows you to see exactly which support workers have accessed the plan and completed their required training modules, making compliance tracking simple.

Made for the floor

Support workers don't sit at desks. AccessBSP is mobile-friendly, allowing staff to quickly check a proactive strategy or response on their phone right when they need it.

Secure and private

Role-based permissions ensure that staff only see the information they need to provide support, keeping sensitive participant data secure and restricted.
